German for Kids | Ages 7 – 14
In the summer holidays (usually in July (06.07. – 17.06.2020)), the SprachAcademy meets kids between 7 – 9 and 10 – 14 to learn German together. This is exciting for kids, because they learn with pictures and games, they sport together and meet kids from many other countries.
German course for children: The children are immersed in a language world without any performance pressure and with a lot of playful experimentation. In the German course, we use creative and interactive methods designed to meet the needs and the learning behavior of our youngest participants. As a result, the children develop a feeling for the (otherwise so difficult) German language, which is the same for their mother tongue. After an astonishingly short time, the children find themselves intuitively in the German language and can build on it in the long term.
German courses that motivate!
The summer holiday german language course in Berlin inspires your children for German, motivates them for the school day and gives them – very important! – Success stories. The children have a greater understanding of sound and grammar and also learning vocabulary is easier if one can easily derive it or even know it already.
This early knowledge, this instinct, will help your child to acquire a second foreign language.
Classmates and teachers
The teachers of the children-German courses are found out educationally, trained for German as a foreign language and speak German as a mother tongue or are bilingual.
In the German course schoolboys from all nations learn together. The schoolboys benefit from the international occupation, because on the one hand, German is inevitable. On the other hand, the children can exchange their mother tongue and their home countries. In intercultural contact, the children finally understand what you really gain by learning foreign languages.

Up to two afternoons a week, we organize an age-appropriate leisure programme in Berlin. The children picnic with us in the park, do sports or visit interactive museums with the teachers and other tutors. Ideal holiday, or?

Dates & Prices
The German course usually takes place in July (06.07. – 17.06.2020). You can book the German course for your children between one and five weeks. Lessons are from Monday to Friday between 9:30 and 13:00 (20 lessons of 45 minutes).
The courses are suitable for beginners and advanced alike and there are, of course, different groups for children between 7 – 9 and 10 – 14. The groups are small; Usually six to eight children learn together; A maximum of 14 participants. In this way we ensure the intensive care of your child as well as the important exchange of children among each other.
