For students with very good knowledge of the German language<\/p><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>

STUDIENKOLLEG – Preparatory Course<\/h3>\t\t\t

When do I need to complete a Studienkolleg?<\/FONT><\/STRONG><\/big>
\nForeign students applying for admission to a university in Germany, as well as German applicants need a university entrance qualification. If the university entrance for the home country is not equally considered with the German \"Abitur\", a one-year preliminary study needs to be made, that is, you have to visit the so-called Studienkolleg.<\/p>\n

Our Studienkolleg preparatory courses prepare you for academic studies at a local university or college. The entrance test consists essentially of two parts: the German language and the mathematical.<\/u>For German are below basic knowledge requirement, where a dictionary may be used:<\/p>\n

-Vocabulary and general speech (no technical language)<\/p>\n

-All tenses in active and passive (not including conjunctive)<\/p>\n

-Adjective and substantive declination<\/p>\n

-Subordinate clauses<\/p>\n

-Prepositions<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

In mathematics, the following will be tested ( no calculators allowed):<\/u><\/p>\n

-Basic calculations with all integers and fractions<\/p>\n

-Basic principles of algebra (calculation with letters)<\/p>\n

-Basic linear equations with or without two unknowns<\/p>\n

-Quadratic Equations<\/p>\n

-Exponentiation<\/p>\n

-Geometric fundamental terms (basic area and volume calculations, intercept theorem, Pythagorean theorem)<\/p>\n

-Linear functions and their representation in coordinate systems<\/p>\n

Participants are accompanied by instructors with years of professional experience and prepared for the Studienkolleg entrance exam.
